Can rear ripper assembly off of cat 941 trackloader be installed on my d6c and if so how would I plumb hydrolics if I only have blade control right now

That's not a compatible match. The 941 is a D4 based application, the D6 is much larger.
Hydraulics would depend on the Hydraulic Control s/n as to whether an additional circuit can be added.
