Cat d6 9u steering clutch throw out bearing grease

Does anyone know how this bearing is lubricated? Does it take oil or grease? 

Throw out bearing is lubricated via the hose connected to the yoke. Grease goes through the pin and through a port in the cage assembly into the bearing.
Book says Ball and Roller lubricant but I would guess an Extreme Pressure grease would be suitable. Don't over grease it though. Book says every ten hours but it doesn't say how much. I usually only give it a couple of shots the same as the main clutch.
