Depends on whether you have a "type P" or "type S" lever housing.
Here's the parts lists for the various combinations.

Well I have hit a brick wall once again.
All off the links I have tried are no longer valid.
Does anyone know where I can purchase a Drive end housing and Helix to fit a D4 7U.

Seems sources are becoming harder to find...
Try here for both drive and drive housing (12 hole indexing if they have)

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
