From my Service Manual for D8H 36A4469-5484 and 46A10725-28136.

Valves: 020 exhaust, 016 inlet - couldn't find if this spec is hot or cold

Cylinder head tightening sequence and specs:

Wow, that's a lot of engine for that dragline. Did it replace a D13000 that was in there?
