Thanks for posting! This shows the earlier models that use the double frame.
I have a later ~1940-41 #44 with the single tubular frame similar to the motor graders of that era.
Been looking for some instruction on these "Power Controlled" my #44 may get worked on this summer.
If anybody has a service manual for the #44 I'd be interested.

Some digging produced a No. 77 Grader (power controlled), Serviceman's Reference Book form 1762. I can eventually scan, it is 38 pages. Original not for sale.
