I looked at a cat 955c track loader that's not too far from home. I need something like this to clear out brush and trees in old fence rows. They want 3500.00 for it but it has a miss and somewhat of a knock in the engine and seems low on power. It may be an injector not sure. I have rebuilt many motors but never a cat motor usually tractor motors. Are parts available for these old engines? I think its a D315 motor. It has good oil pressure but definitely something wrong with it.

I watched the owner drive this but I didn't drive it myself. It doesn't have a power shift but do they have a reverser or do you just have a normal transmission.

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
