i have the 922b model and it has a cat motro and weighs about 19 000 lbs. they are a tough loader and will lift lots. the rear wheel steering takes a while to get used to.

Yes a few of the 922s did come with a gas engine as a couple came into the dealer while I was working there. If I recall correctly they had the 226 CI Continental Ind. engine in them.That in it,s day was a very popular industrial engine & was even used in the old Kaiser & Frazer cars made years ago.Massey Harris tractors & also the A Cletrac used the 226 Cont.
