What Model and year model would SN 44A 5182 be? Also will this be a 24V or 12V system?

That would be an early D6B, they were built from 1959 to 1967. 24V system

If it has a starting engine it should be 12 volt.

Does this model have hydraulic track adjusters? Also are parts available for this machine?

It may have, looks like a hole in the dirt shield to the grease fitting.

Looks like there’s no pony so likely a 24v system. D6b should have hydraulic track adjusters. Mine does. Looks like I can see segmented sprockets so hopefully they’ve been upgraded. Lots of grouser. Definitely worth a good look
On second glance the sprockets may be just a large ring bolted on, the track pads look worn pretty good and the adjustment looks pretty far forward already. I see the pony exhaust hole. Not sure if the direct electric start d6bs had that. So quite possibly a conversion to direct electric start which wouldn’t be a big surprise. What’s the story? Does it turn? Is it yours?

No it is not mine a friend found it. The guy that owns it does not know what if anything is wrong with it. It has been setting for 6 years. Going to try to start it this next weekend to see if it will run. Has oil on the dip stick with no diesel in the crankcase. The sprockets are welded on segments and the teeth are getting sharp.

Is the oil level in the engine high? If so probably has water in it with the open exhaust. I would open the drain plug a little and check before starting it.

The pictures are not real clear but looks like manual adjusters check if rod going into idler yoke is hex shaped.
Tracks / under carriage are pretty much total junk.

Solid advice right there. Worth way more than what you paid!
