Welcome to the forum. 500 miles of roads to grade with that Number 33, that's quite a project. Just keep at it and you'll get there.
I am attaching a photo of a Cat Sixty leaning wheel grader brochure which may not be exactly the same but would be similar. You can see a part of the lean wheel gear rack on the lean wheel crossbar behind the axle and in front of the scarifier. Sadly, it is the only photo I have. Hope it helps.
