Hi,

I have a Cat 30 with Y manifolds and small front idler adjustment springs. I can't find a serial number on my tractor. My parts catalog indicates the Y manifold ended at PS2369 and the small front idler springs ended at PS2745. I am using the PS because I am closer to IL than CA.

What year was a PS2369 Cat 30 manufacturered?

Thank you,
Dale Rainwater

Hi GWH, I appreciate the information. My Cat 30 has been modified a lot. They must have removed all the parts with numbers. Now, I know mine was probably manufactured between 1925 and 1927 (since PS2369 is the 2nd Cat 30 built in 192😎. Thank you, Dale

Check on the back of the transmission the flat area where the pto or belt pulley would bolt up.That is where one of the s/n markings are stamped on ours. Let us know. Jason
