hello , i would like to know if anyone out there has the torque spec and sequence for a 36 cat 22 . im puting mine back together this week end , after having the cylinders sleeved . thanks, mike..

I don,t have a sheet on it but get a torque spec. sheet and go by the size bolts it has but go by the minor torque like if it says 150 lbs. + or - go by the lower torque and to tighten them first time around tighten it half what the specs are and then the last time go to the full specs.If it has a center row go to them first and start at the center and go both ways alternating from center to the ends and then if it has a row down each side do the same from the center and alternate from side to side and with both the center and outer rows do one and go to the other direction with the next ones till you get to the ends. The second time around go to the listed torque and you should have it.If you have the bolt sizes post them and I can look up the torque spec. on my sheet if you don,t have one.This is the way that the Cat specs do the tightening sequence.
