This machine is going to the Ukraine as part of a non profit. Currently it is at my place while we do final repairs and maintenance. I took apart the air filter to see how it looked and kinda got stuck.
I didn't want to go deeper until i had some feedback from someone who knows more.

I took off the bottom, (It was filled with oil to the line) then 2 more pieces came out. i couldn't get any more pieces or the actual air filter out.

Attached pictures of what did come out.

Are there more than one pieces inside?

How do i get the filter out?

What are the pieces called that I was able to take out?(Just for knowledge)

As always thanks for all the help, you all are amazing.

You have the filter assembly out. It is an oil bath filter. It cleans by swirling air thru the oil. If dirty there could be a 1/2 inch of mud in the bottom of the oil. Clean it up good, fill the pan to the oil line with new 30 weight oil and put the pan back on. Probably be good for another 20 years.

Hi Team,
you have all of the removable pieces out of the main housing.
Screens above those are welded in place and so not removable.
Scan below should help further on how to clean the non-removable section and housing in general.
Cheers,
Eddie B.

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
