I know this make me look dumb but I don want to spend anymore time than necessary outside -13 Degrees. Should be a 5/8" bolt on top of the yellow bracket with a lock nut. Turn it out and starter should slide out.

It may also be rusted into the housing. Spray it down with PB Blaster the day before.
