having rebuilt and reinstalled the carb on my 10 I now need to adjust it. where do I start? any help is appreciated.

This for a 15 which has the same basic carburetor, it will get you close:

"Turn screw "A" three eights turn from closed position". In to make it richer and out to make it leaner. A is the screw on the side of carb.

"Turn screw "G" one and three eights turn from closed position". Out makes it richer, in makes it leaner. G is the big screw on top of carb.
