Cat 10 belt pulley

Just recently acquired a model 10 with belt pulley. Am I missing something, there is no lever to engage the pulley. I have removed the entire seatbox and found nothing. It does stop turning with the clutch pedal depressed. Anyone have a clue. Thanks

Hey Billy! You are correct. Those belt pulleys were active all the time unless the main clutch was disengaged.
