Cannot access "CAT Worldwide Model Directory 2007".

I am a member and it tells me I have to sign in from google.

It isn't a purchase item, it is the document that shows the year of manufacture based on serial numbers. When the google doc comes up it won't let me access it.

Hi TOP, we'll need to address that. The forum has goggle trackers on it but not allowing those shouldn't stop a user from being able to access the content. I just tested it myself and also got the goggle message.

Any idea when it will be fixed? That serial number to year of manufacture table would be really handy.

I am also having trouble cannot see library. Paid member for 10 years and on this board for longer i think. Don't think I am recognised as a member. Appreciate the help thanks WF

TOP, the message I get is to "allow google cookies" which presumably means I need to do just that. Are you instead getting a "login required" or similar message? Would you be able to post a screenshot of what you're getting?

I also found what I needed in another place. But that was a lot of work as follows:

Home -> Tech Lib Docs -> Lib Index -> Search Serial -> Click Specs -> Serial Product ID No. Index (Can't click)
But if I copy the title of the document and search in the full index I can click it and it comes up.

I also tried it from a private browser window as that removes any extensions, cookies and settings a normal browser window would have.

Looks like Google have changed a few things which will take a little while to sort out. So we think the best plan is to change the hosting of the Library data to a different place. Watch this space!!
