These two wrenches were in the toolbox of the D6-9U I recently purchased. The one has Cat cast into it but the other is too corroded to find any discernible markings.

Thanks!

The first one just a guess , it appears to be a tool to straighten bent fan blades, second tool is sort of a pipe wrench
which had teeth angled in to grip on round objects,[on one side] not a cat tool to my knowledge.[did not work to well]

First wrench for turning blades on a reversible fan? don't think they had them back then though.

We used to find an alligator wrench in the feild from time to time. Dad would say because they were such a crappy wrench the old boys would throw them over there shoulder when trying to work with them.

Its hard to concept the use of an Alligator Wrench in a time period of transitioning from Square Head to Hex Head Bolts.

Square? Hex? didn't matter...they were all the same shape after a while with an alligator! A one-size-fits-all universal nut-rounder...

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
