Cable control unit model 29 31E6491 where to check oil level

I am unable to locate how to check oil level on a CAT 29 dual drum cable control unit SN31E6491. On my Cat D7 3T dual cable control there is a upper pipe plug for adding oil and a lower one for filling to that level. But not on my D7E 48A550 with Cat dual cable control unit.
Any help will be appreciated John

There is a 3/8" pipe plug on the lower left side of the case. It's kinda tucked under.

There is a 3/8" pipe plug on the lower left side of the case. It's kinda tucked under.

Fill is the breather on top of the prop shaft gear case.
Level is where the oil smudge is on lower left side.
