Bought a 60 922a

I found a non running 922a 1960 model locally. It has a fuel issue as he was running it a year ago and it just died on him. I should be hopefully be picking it up tomorrow as it’s heavy and takes a little larger than normal trailer and truck to haul it. It came with the original manual, he found it at a garage sale with the serial number of his machine. He said the primer pump feels loose and by the way he is talking it’s pulling air and just won’t start.  Serial number is 59a 1560 anything I should look at or do when I get it home I will do a more in depth diagnosis He also said it has no brakes and never has as long as he’s owned it so that’s going to be something I look at too..
