Even if you're not a Facebook member, you can have a look at some of the things we've been working on for the show...

Sue:
Thanks for putting up the info on "Jesse-Fest" 2011. This will be a great show and a nice tune up prior to Woodland--2014. I am looking forward to seeing more harvesters and threshers in the field this year than we had in 08. Hell, with Jesse in charge I bet the harvesters and the teams even work on the first day of the show so we don't have to wait until Sunday to see everything come together.
Thanks for all of your efforts on the posters, save the date cards and advertising. I had to be in the middle of all of that in 08 and I like the idea of spreading the work around among all of the committee. Your effort is appreciated!!

Looks like great fun, but right at harvest time here too. I was wondering about the canvases for the headers, do you have someplace to get them made or did you find good ones. I have a Cat 36 combine with a 20 ft header and will need the long bottom canvas. Good luck with your show
Is Don Hunter bringing his Holt Steamer again?
Ryan:
The plan is for Don's steamer to be in Woodland for the 2011 and 2014 shows. 👍 Don's # 111 will be in Tulare next week and we had planned to take it to Woodland directly from Tulare but Cal Poly Pomona has an event in May that Don likes to attend so it will go back South following the Woodland show.
Are you coming down for Tulare or Woodland? I haven't heard from your sidekick from Lodi as his phone seems to be busy each time I call him and he did not respond to my latest email. 🙄 Hope to see you soon.

Jim, we are very fortunate to have one of the best Draper shops right here in town."Woodland Draper", the company, has only been in business for about 50 years. In Northern California rice country, we still have a lot of custom built combines (harvesters) that use Draper headers and Cell Belts. They have even made period style leather and canvas Drapers. And not to mention all the flat belts we use.

Hi all,
As was done at the Woodland - Best Show on Tracks in 2008, I was wondering if it's possible to invite back that golf Cart Rental Company? I reserved a cart for two of the three days and it worked out really well, allowing us to easily tour the entire acreage of the show! If at all possible, I'd encourage you to invite them back in 2011. I will definitely use them again this July, if we have that option.
Thanks!
