Does anyone know what I have to do/have to install a Bege Hydraulic pump on my D2?

Thanks for the help.

Installation for the D2 is a little different due to the seat overhang. It's a straight forward bolt on once you find all the pieces. Looks like this:

You didn't say whether you were looking for front or rear mount so I'm guessing here.

Installing is as easy as any BeGe but with the seat overhang they have a 4x8 boxed steel that extends the tank and valve out past the seat . and come in 2 lengths you cant use a side tank unit with a seat tank machine without extending the box tube 8 in. and if you use the seat tank type with side seat you have the tank and valve hangin out 8 in more making it a real hazard

Thanks Old Magnet, Willie, and Dick..

Now that I know it can be done I just gotta find parts for my seat tank 5J. It looks like the pic you sent Old magnet has the pump separate from the tank. My Be Ge off of a 9U has it as one unit I think. (I am uncertain right now cause it is in Waitsburg and I am in COS, will be going back out there next week)

Yes, the 9U unit is all one assembly. It's only the D2's that have the split version.

I have parts of one where someone made a flange plate to fit the back of D2 and then cut the little round flange that bolts to pump off the old tube and welded a 3in pipe between to go out past the seat. I dont have it but they would of had to lenghten the PTO shaft and wels proper sline to it. Mine looks like the guy was a good fabricator and did really nice job
