All I can find in the few parts books I have is the 5B595 & are the upper rod brg. shells for a D4 7J1 to 7J409 The 2F1083 bearings I can,t find anything on them but the numbers does sound kind of familiar. Some day if I get over to the shop I,ll see if I can get an NPR catalog that has all parts numbers for anything Cat made up to the time of the printing of it.In these later years everything now is on the computer but the first change was on fische.

5B-595 is a standard rod bearing for D2 5J1 to D2 5J1749 upper half--number from the old book, no doubt superceded. The lower half would be 5B-592.

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
