That would have been Carl Megonigle of Newtown, PA on his way out to the ATHS Philadelphia Chapter show in West Chester, PA. He is often at the ATCA show in Titusville, NJ is September with ACMOC chapter 8. The West Chester show was a small local show and I saw him there.
