Attachment Manager

Is there a way to attach an old photo that was used on one of my older posts and is in the "Attachment Manager" tab, to a new post?  You get to the "attachment manager" under the "Profile" tab. I have lost the original photo that I had on my computer, but it is here on the ACMOC site in the Attachment Manager tab, and I can see it but not able to figure out how to use it again. There are also several pictures that are here that I would like to retrieve because I lost them on my computer and am not sure if you do that or not. Only thing I could see is that you can delete them.

looks like you can only save them back to your own pc , right click pic and save as to your pc folder 

Thanks Bruce. That would be great. At least I would be able to recover them. I will see if I can make it work. I am not the sharpest knife in the drawer when it comes to computers.
