Did ateco build rippers for the 6/7U's or early 955's or is this a modified setup from a larger machine?

Hi Glum , I found this .
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/ATECO-HR-D4-Ripper-For-Caterpillar-Tractors-D4-series-C-1960s-Leaflet-3490E-/140947352930?pt=UK_BOI_FarmingEquipment_RL&hash=item20d11ded62
It is a lot lighter construction.

I've seen that version on the back of a 977H.

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
