Came across the new Cat logo a while ago. I'm not sure how I feel about it. Anyone else seen it?

The one with the hexagon? Still the same old "CAT" logo with a different background, right?

Yeah, that's the one. It also has the fake screen in the hexagon. It almost looks like a logo for a kids toy. I was always partial to the square block C myself

Yeah, just a decal that I know so far. I believe it's supposed to be for only a few of the equipment line, but I'm not sure. From my understanding though, the hexagon is reference to something use for promoting Caterpillar dozers in 1925

As I posted on facebook on one of the forums, it would be nice if they underlined the Cat logo with a red wavy line the same shape of the red Caterpillar lettered logo. This would show a real old and new mash together.
