Hi, Raptor.
THAT is a Fowler VF crawler tractor. If my understanding is 'kee-wrecked', They were built by Marshall of Gainsborough, England, and were the tracked version of the very reliable Field Marshall wheel tractors.

They were a full diesel which could be starting by cranking using a delayed decompression trip run off threads on the rim of the flywheel or by using a starting cartridge in a chamber. Either way, you had to insert a chemical-treated cartridge paper into a steel torch tube, light the paper and screw it into the cylinder head prior to attempting to start the tractor.

They were a horizontal, fore-n-aft, single cylinder, 2-stroke engine and they were not developing their peak power until there was a small feather of steam coming out of the radiator vent camp.
