Might possibly be a Clark? Clark built some mini-dozers for WW2 that were meant to be air dropped from a cargo plane or flown in (crash landed) with a glider and then used to clear a landing strip for aircraft, build bunkers, etc. I have seen a few of the "Clark Airborne" dozers at military vehicle shows and this one looks very similar.

Seeing that machine reminds me of a local collector I know that's way into those small machines like that. His name in Marvin Hedberg from Rush City, MN, by chance do you know of him? He could probably tell you everything there is to know about a little machine like that, he owns several of the Beetle/Mighty Cat crawlers, even a little US Forestry Service trail grader that's built on the same compact powerplant as the Beetle crawlers, plus literature on all of them. If I remember correctly, he found that small grader out west in that area, too.

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
