This is the old bulldozer that sits pretty much just outside of my back yard. Form what I can tell it has been sitting for probably 10 or less years.

Yes it is an old slate dump near some old strip mines but they stopped mining before that D-8 was parked there.

......There you go, there's a project for you. And it's sitting outside your back door. What more could you want. 🙄

If I can find the owner I would like to try to get it running as a summer project.

I hesitate to ask, but what is the condition of the uc. The rough appearance of the machine suggests that it is 100% worn out. GWH

I could be wrong but I believe that the undercarrage is in good condition but I am only 16 and I don't know exactly what to look for. I will try to get some pictures soon. I would like to repair this and get it running but the onlyproblem is I don't own it. Also another interesting fact one of my friends used to own this before he sold his farm.

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
