For this weekend. 7 units will be my limit. Others are bringing D2s, you name it. An off breed one included that needs its legs stretched. My 91 Series narrow gauge purchased thru TractorDon.
Too many events this weekend; Micke Grove (San Joaquin Museum) Lodi, CA as well as the Paso Robles Pioneer Days. Local event coordinators have been asked to change up the Rio Linda schedule for 2026.
Hope to see many of you here. Have fun wherever you may end up! JM
Lookin' good
Let's get those blades and plates polished. Someone certainly will have a bulldozer to knock the checks back down, quite a job to reverse the gangs on the ridger to take down the checks. You going to mark the contours JM? Off Color- I did not know there was any regulations about colors when it came to a gathering of yesterdays machines and operators. LET's have fun and be safe all! -- cts
Have extra fun up there for me as will be attending Pioneer Day down here. Digging in the dirt is always more fun than just watching them roll down main street in town.
But I do have a 10 year old grandson drive a tractor out in the public for the first time. Some how I don't know if it will be his dads IH M , or one of Pioneer Days. His Pops has been having his help for years already. But pray he keeps his mind on the job. He is easily distracted. I only let him drive the Gator side by side................................in low gear.
Ray, we all started somewhere - keep close eye on the lad. When I started solo the NAA Ford, the rule was I had to keep my rump on the seat at all times and be able to hold the clutch down. Know how to shut it off quickly! Key or the choke both worked well. -- cts
