Nothing available commercially that I know of. That's something you will have to shop build. Choice of belt drive pump off the fan belt or off the generator drive. Doesn't take a very big pump, some get by with power steering pump.
A few have tackled the job on here but info is pretty sparse.

Or install a two valve #44 hyd unit from an Ht4.
That would be way overkill for a tilt cylinder that only needs a few gpm.
Is it possible to install a priority valve in the hydraulic circuit for the tilt ram?
One of my cat books show a diverter valve for using a ripper, seems possible for a tilt cylinder too.
I went with the belt drive power steering pump setup. It works great. These guys helped me through the process a few years ago.
