Al Smith is experiencing a health problem. After spending some time in a health care center, he is resting comfortably at home.

As many of you know, Al spent a number of years as a director of ACMOC and as Vice President.

Let's all keep Al in our prayers.

Regards,
Lee

Because of Al's health problems he is having a harder time hearing people on the phone. So if you try and call him he may not answer the phone.

Hi Catman - Al got me an original blue print for a 30's 24" and 30" wide swamp pads. I had a local fabrication shop build 24" for my 30 and then they built the set of 30" pads that are on Al's 30. Give me a call and I'll dig up the old drawings. Pete Ochal

I talked to Al Smith today He is doing ok but I think he is lonely. Maybe some of his buddys could send him some cards and care packages to make him fell better.

I was at Al's on Saturday and he looked good. He has a scooter that he gets outside with and can run around the place. I took a friend of his with me and the two talked trains for about 2 hours. He likes getting cards. He has had many friends visit him. He enjoys visiting and telling stories.

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
