Wondering what the turnaround time is on ordering from ACMOC? I ordered a decal set for my Cat 15 a month ago. Emailed the club with no response so far!

My suggestion is to call the office and leave a message. Many have had mixed results. My understanding is there are TWO paid people now, so one would expect faster service. If calling and emailing the office/store does not yield results,  my other suggestion is to go up the ladder and reach out to one of the directors. Best of luck to you. JM

Turn around time on our decal kits will vary on what we have in stock.  They are also a unique item in the sense that the order process on our end is all manual due to the difference in decals available for different tractors and sizes.  We want make sure that all the decals in the kit are correct for you when they show up, so we manually kit them.  If we don't have them in stock we have to have them printed and cut for you, and unfortunately our supplier has lost approx. half of their staff over the past couple years so they are doing their best to supply us with orders coming in from folks like yourself. 
To juicemans comment, yes we do have two staff but please understand one is only part time and helps facilitate shipping orders when they are received, in stock and ready to be shipped out.

Thanks Nathan, I got an Email from Mary today. The decals are shipping soon. I was just not sure of the turnaround time at this time with all that's going on in the world these days.
