Accessory shaft seal

I am in need of the accessory shaft seal part number 4B4865 for my 1946 D6 5R that goes in the fuel filter housing. I called Cat parts department yesterday, they said that particular part number is no longer valid/not available but are supposed to get back to me with a replacement part if one is available. I'm not sure if one can or will be found. Does anyone know where I can locate this OEM part? I ordered this seal off the internet from an aftermarket manufacturer a couple weeks ago, it was nowhere near the quality or correct dimensions as the original, which is quite worn out. It was destroyed installing - the diameter was just a little oversize (and cheaply made) I've run into this problem before with non OEM aftermarket parts sometimes. I have googled this part number but found only cheap, overseas aftermarket junk so far. Thanks for any help you can give.

That is the EXACT seal I was referring to. Slightly oversize and cheaply manufactured. The OEM is so much more robust but thanks anyway!

Cat has the 1H5959, formerly 4B4865 , specs. O.D. 2.254, Shaft Dia. 1.438, Width 0.500

I found 2 original Cat OEM seals from Old Magnet's website he found, bought them both at $5.57 each!
