Hi, Folks.
Here are links to a couple of videos of a veteran 'BIGGG Banger', a Cat D399 twin turbo V16 engine:

Hi Deas,
thanks for that fix MATE.
Really miss the thrill of running stuff on test after rebuilding them--nothing like the thrill of first start after rebuilding one of these big bangers.
Love the take up on load as you open the Taylor dynamometer tap up or drop the load plates on a gen set brine load test tank.
Even an 8 speed semi-automatic out of a big scraper tractor gets the rush going on the Wolff test bench as it shifts thru the speeds.

Big engine fuel injection pumps on the Hartridge test bench are something to behold too--loved doing them too--they suck some horsepower to drive at full song.

Better stop and enjoy some more YouTube videos--there goes today's tasks.
Cheers,
Eddie B.

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
