I took a few minutes to get Holt out yesterday. It has been a long couple of weeks. Wife got the bad news 2 weeks ago that she had a couple of lumps, and had surgery this past Thursday. Doc thinks everything was benign when doing the post op discussion, will kow this week.
I seams that a little "play" time usually helps to relax me after a bunch of stress, and taking the time to get the Holt out was just the ticket. She has been sitting in the corner of the barn for a while. Checked her all out, primed the cups and gave a half dozen spins, and she lit off and ran smooth. I hadn't planned out going out of the barn as we have have had 3 inches of rain in the last week, and things are soft, but what the heck. Took a couple out pics by the new orchard on our old farm. Owner doesn't mind if I go for a ride once in a while on the old place.

Hi Tim,
I hope everything is clean and green for Mrs Y and yourself. Can't be easy getting news like that.
The Holt looks awesome - I've nosy'd at it a couple of times and admired - even with all that rain we've had, I bet it just glided over the sogginess.

Hi timbo 1946, I hope all the news remains good. Thank you for posting the pictures of the great looking Holt. I think giving your mind a little me time was a wise choice.

All I can say is she is amazing. She seams to take it better than I would. She is feeling well, and doing way too much, and I can't seam to slow her down. I can't speek for all women, but man she is tough. Thanks for all of the thoughts, It sure helps, as she doesn't have any family that she is close with, just me and the girls.

There are many of us that have your family in our thoughts and prayers. We are one big family here. It is good to get on a machine now and then. It does wonders to clear the mind.

For all that have given encouragement, I wanted to say thank you. Lisa went to see the surgeon this morning, and she got the report that all tumors were benign. That is a great load off our minds. Doc, said that she will have to continue under observation every 3 months for the next year or two to make sure that she got everything and that no more complications arise, but we don't have to worry about the worst case scenario. Doc also said that they are using her case in a case study, since it is unusual, in the type, number and location of small tumors removed. Again thank you for all of the encouragement.

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
