a comment about General Gear and machine in Idaho

So, while searching for a rare clutch part for an off color machine I contacted General Gear. they had the rare part, for a lot less $$ than anyone else. When it arrived, it did not match the part in my tractor. we discussed this on the phone and agreed it was worth a try.

No joy. More discussion, more parts shipped ( at no cost to me). Still, no worky.

I had a local machine shop repair the old part as suggested by Garlic Pete. Worked great.

I shipped the part from General Machine back and included a note.... it did not work , thanks for all the help, I can't use this, maybe you can re sell it ?

In the mail today was a check for full purchase price, which I did not expect. Giving credit where credit is due, thank you general gear !
