I don't have information but a request for lots of photos please : )
The clearances are all important between the components, if they have signs that they have rubbed, then you will need to see if they are still within service tolerances, otherwise you have some expensive aluminium parts to replace.
I should have acomplet torque for 941

are you using Cat TO4 spec oil in your transmission?
i am using to2 spec oil which i was told is what it uses, was i told wrong or why you ask?
Cat upgraded there oil spec and now recommends TO4 spec oil for power shift and oil steering clutches---its supposed to lengthen the life of friction clutches with its friction modifiers.
If there is very little or no sign of those converter elements rubbing against each other, they should be OK and a new set of bearings will do the trick.
TO2 oil was all that was available when the 941 was built, the modern TO4 is better but you can't use it as an engine oil like the old multi-purpose TD/TO2.
