I am ready to tackle my next repair. I want to replace the upper roller on each side since they are badly worn and one has a chunk out of it.
The part number in my manual is 3K7962. Searching online I can’t find anything listed for that part. Is that number obsolete and replaced with another? If that isn’t available anymore can I use a roller from another model? I assume there are other models that use the same size track so would use the same size roller?

Regal shows a bunch of 3K7962 carrier roller assemblies in stock. ($95.28 ea.)
Any late D4 roller assembly may work but the shaft diameters can be different requiring the roller stand to be bored for a larger size.

Thank you. I was not aware of them as a parts supplier. I emailed them to get an account with them. By the looks of their website they might have parts for my other equipment also. Thank you.

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
