Which series 933 do you have ? The 11A series is like the D2, the 42A 933 brake bands can be removed without pulling the finals. if it is the 42A I can post the instructions.

If its a 42A. can be done in place, through the top and bottom. Not easy, and better with a second set of hands.

Can be done on a 42 a pull your floor pans on the operator station and youll see the plates to the top of the steering clutch housing and thats where the top brake band hooks in to the adjusting screw and there are plates on the bottom to unhook the bands on the bottom and i think i slid them down and un pinned each one and wiggled it out the botttom should be 3 sections per side if i remember correctly. Not the easiest job but it can be done with a little cussing and a few busted knuckles. If you get cat parts there gonna be pricey as mine were 5 years ago. Hope this helps, Jason

Testimonials

"I also joined a year ago. had been on here a couple of times as a non-member and found the info very helpful so I got a one year subscription (not very expensive at all) to try it out. I really like all the resources on here so I just got a three year. I think its a very small price for what you can get out of this site."
