My advice is to not touch any adjustment screws, they haven't moved while the machine is standing! Its more likely you have a fuel pressure/ blockage problem.
Well fuel pressure gauge is showing good I crack the lines with it running it spits out just like any of my other machines just not sure it seems to be getting to much fuel kind of a whiteish smoke smells very rich maybe timing I just done know
Did you check the intake air pipe for critter nests/blockage??
Yes sir magnet nothing in there that is what it seems like though lack of air
could be something to do with the rack limiter feature in the governor. This plunger keeps the rack at an idle until oil pressure builds up.
I believe Eddie mentioned that the plunger was known to stick on an occasional machine. I personally have not had that happen on any of the machines here, but when it is functioning properly, you can feel a definite change in the accelerator pedal travel when oil pressure builds up and releases the limiter plunger. If you do not feel this, I would go looking for the cause of the trouble, either low oil pressure to the whole engine, low pressure to the limiter plunger or a sticky plunger.
Could be more than one issue going on. In addition to checking the throttle limiter as cc suggests, they also have a rather odd mechanism for retaining throttle position consisting of a couple rollers, springs and ramp. Best to get hold of your manual first before proceeding with trouble shooting this feature.
