I got one from Cat about 15 years ago. I think it was about $500 back then. If Cat doesn't have them I think it is a Vickers part.

The last known source I have for #44 parts (and this is several years ago) was:
Attica Hydraulic Exchange Corp.
48175 Gratiot Ave.
Chesterfield, Michigan 48051
1-800-422-4279

Be sure you have your unit serial number at hand and they will probably ask for any part numbers off the actual parts.

I'd ask for the most senior person on staff as the "pierced body parts" set won't even know what you are talking about.

Yes they are a "Vickers" unit.

Good luck and let us know the outcome.
Otherwise you will probably have to look for a used #44 to cannabolize.

thanks for the reply, I will check with them tomorrow and let you know what I find out. I would be open to a used one if I could find a good one. If anyone has a good used one for sale let me know. Thanks

I have the complete hydraulic unit off a HT 4 series 7U. Would it have the parts you need? Also I have a complete 7U D4 engine and radiator with a bad crankshaft but a very good starting engine with it.

how much are you asking for the complete hyd. unit, and how much for the engine? Do you have any idea what is wrong with the crank in the D315? Thanks
