Hi everyone, been putting in the hours on the D8 lately trying to get it in tip top shape, finally have everything adjusted and freed up last thing to go is the main clutch (dry) does anyone know where I could find new clutch disks eventually? Mine is getting thin and is pretty much at the last bit of adjustment. Also I'm looking for one of the cams that put pressure on the plate part number 7B7126, I need one as one of mine are broken off, going to try MI Cat tomorrow but not thinking I will have much luck. Thank you

I dont have that cam but it is available from Cat but is pricey. The 3T D7's also used that cam. Try Granger Tractor 330-239-1077 Medina, OH

There are lots of those cams available at FP Smith and Florin Tractor Parts, both suppliers are in California, I expect they will have the clutch discs too, both companies supply genuine and aftermarket parts at good prices.

I got them from Florin, about $35 ea a few years back.

If you can not come up with them reasonably I have a complete 2U clutch setting in the shed with the carriage bearing kaput. It should have the parts on it that you need.
