3306 not starting

I have a cat D25 rock truck that will not fire. I have put in a new filter (filled), primed the hand pump, opened the t-handle bleeder and large nut on top of same housing, opened top of lines at injectors, selonoid clicks nice. I get fuel and some bubbles if I pump the hand pump, but when I crank the motor over no fuel spurts out of the cracked injector lines.

The motor ran fine last year, but now i cant get her to start.

What am i not doing correctly ?

Did you bleed the governor housing?

Hello OM,

Yes I can bleed this FI pump at a (t) handle bleeder on the top of pump . This pump does not have a 3 bolt cover that is in location of governor housing area.
