Hi guys, I need your help

I am starting the rebuild of the 3304 from the 951C and have some questions related to part numbers identification.

Thanks to Old Magnet we identificated last time that the engine arrangement 6A5546 is used for a 3304 engine model 48V1-48V1039 in a 951C model 69H2520 - 69H3508 (1973-1974).

However I still can not recognise the part of the CAT SIS where I supposed to look for the parts I need for this particular machine. The thing is that if I am putting the numbers I have (engine model or arrangement) SIS says that it can not detect the machine and manual search for arrangement 6A5546 is not clear for me. Maybe somebody can explain how to use this data to detect crankshaft (for example) I need ?

P.S. I also attached photo of engine plate. And I guess serial number of engine has 46V(9?)50(1or7) on it? but its above 48V1039 :frown: Thank you for you help guys

update

I also confused about crankshaft because local dealer says that it has 4n7692 part number but I found in SIS 2p-6216...

2P6216 is the correct crankshaft assembly that has 2P6214 crankshaft with main bearings and "plates". 4N7692 is the service replacement assemble for 2P6216, that has a 321-6442 crankshaft with the crank Gear and key on it.

Engine s/n range is 48V1 to 48V10309, not 1039.
Are you looking for a complete crankshaft replacement or bearings and plates for the original crankshaft?

Hi guys ! I am so pleased to read your respond. Thank you !

Here is the list I need if I am right with the numbers. Not sure about oil pump and gaskets numbers yet.. Does this crankshaft with this part number fits my engine? Unfortunately I need to replace crankshaft completely cuz its been rebuilt it badly before. If I got you right guys 4N7692 include the main rod bearing ?

Hi,
4N7692 is just a crankshaft with the gear. TMi and Npr are showing Reman and "classic part" options. Best check with your local cat dealer for availability.

Thanks guys for your answers! Somehow I managed the part numbers I need for this engine rebuild. Thank you

However, its not clear for me with the fuel system rebuild. In Russia (Saint-Petersburg) even CAT dealer dont have a test stand to check this particular pump and configurate it after assembly. Do you have any info about testing and calibration of this pump group?:help:

It has 7s8829, 7s8825 and 5s6333 (2p-77??) on it. Manual pump has 9h2256 on it.

My parts manual shows the pump should be a #7S8831.
This is a compact type rack operated system. Assembly is not that difficult but special tooling is required and timing fixtures will be needed. Setting of the pumps requires a test stand with appropriate tooling. I'd say your best bet is to send it somewhere that can handle the testing.
