3304 941B Where is TDC Locating Hole?

I looked around flywheel housing a little but was unable to find locating hole so I can adjust valves. I guess this is one of those situations where I have to be pointed in the right direction. I hate when this happens!

Use a 3/8 - 16tpi bolt in the hole just inboard and above the starter mount.
