2S Blade Pins and Bushings

Anyone have the specs for the pins and bushings for a 2S blade? The ones on mine have a lot of slop in them. Has anyone ever built new bushing? What did you make them out of?

Don't know that I've seen any specs for pins and bushings but I usually either use http://www.connexusa.com/brand split bushings or drill bushings for my requirements. You can also pirate bushing from other brands. They usually start out at about .010 clearance.You can also get hardened shaft for pins from McMaster.com
