There are only two choices, a 11T or 14T pinion. The gears are the same 22T. Just the pinion would need changing, and yes the 5F4651 (32E 11T) is interchangeable with the 4F3025/5F4651 (9D 11T) pinion.
As far as matching rpm, the 8/9U is rated at 1600 FL RPM
The 10K is rated at 1900 FL RPM so the winch would still be faster using the 8/9U low speed pinion.
