thanks for the help mike with the spring length, mine was only 4 inches long, i had accelarator springs and got one at the same tension and length, and it made a hell of a difference, got my tacho on it and sat a little higher on high idle but i have good throttle movement, what a drama that has been to get it right, im going to get the original spring from westrac hopefully when i ring on monday, and i can see the light at the end of this tunnel for the moment.

Hi Luke, I just checked the Cavpower parts website for that spring over in SA and it is showing not available, if Westrac don't have a spring sing out and I'll send you the spare one I have here.

The weekend was great, weather was perfect, I took up the RD6, 15, and 2 Ton to the Steam Rally, only negative was listening to my good mate from Tassie, Mr. Fred Flinstone, keep telling me how good his Inters are compared to his Cats.😆
