Hi all,
We have been having some Carburetor problems on our 22 s/n-2F6468. It starts up great but after about 15 seconds it putters off and gas pours out of the bottom of the carb. We have already put a kit in, and that did'nt help.
Any Ideas??

Thanks, Jeff

I would check the float. Does it smoke real bad before it shuts off?

hello Jeff ,another thing to check is ,make sure the choke is not slipping on when you push the choke arm back causing it to flood ,bruce oz

While you have the carb apart to check the float make sure that the bowl gasket is not interfering with the swing of the float. I have seen bent floats or gaskets that are too wide and the interfere with each other and does not allow the float to drop. If all of these check out then I would check to make sure you have good fuel flow to the carb.
